Managing Employee Relations & Conducting HR Investigations Training Program
This is one of several versions of internal investigations training programs we deliver. All of our investigations training programs can be scheduled to meet your team’s specific needs, such as scheduling shorter duration sessions to minimize “behind-the-screen” time.
We periodically schedule this training as a publicly offered event in which professionals from various organizations will register and attend. However, we routinely schedule investigations training programs for individual organizations in order to provide professional development training for HR and Employee Relations teams. The scheduling for this particular program can be in a three, consecutive day format or it can be scheduled in shorter online training segments in four or five sessions ranging from 3-4 hours per virtual session. This program can also be customized to meet the specific professional development needs of your team, such as designing industry relevant classroom case studies and experiential activities and incorporating your organization’s investigative processes.
