The HR Internal Investigations Virtual Training Program
July 27-29, 2020 | Virtual Training Event | 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern

This is a great virtual session for HR and Employee Relations’ professionals in need of skills development in how to properly conduct internal investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and other misconduct. Days 1 and 2 focus on learning a step-by-step approach to conducting investigations, including a brief review of labor and employment laws, and specific skill building in conducting witness interviews. Day 3 consists of a mock investigation workshop with attendees applying the knowledge and skills learned in the first part of the program to gain practical experience in working a case.  This program will be facilitated by Natalie Ivey, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and author of How to Conduct Internal Investigations: A Practical Guide for Human Resource Professionals. Managing Employee Relations & Conducting HR Investigations Training Program
I provide several versions of internal investigations training programs, ranging from 1.5-day programs to 3-day programs (which can be divided over multiple, virtual sessions).

This training program is scheduled several times per year and is currently scheduled on July 27-29, 2020  (as a virtual training program due to Covid-19) in which professionals from various organizations register and attend.  However, our investigations training programs are often scheduled for individual organizations in order to provide professional development training for HR and Employee Relations teams. The scheduling for this particular program can be in a three, consecutive day format or it can be scheduled in shorter online training segments in four or five sessions ranging from 3-4 hours per virtual session.  This program can also be customized to meet the specific professional development needs of your team, such as designing industry relevant classroom case studies and experiential activities and incorporating your organization’s investigative processes.

To learn more details about our training programs please visit our Investigations Training page.  To discuss working with RPC to provide this training for your organization as a team training, please email us at or call us at (800) 517-7129 and one of our Associates will be happy to assist you.
