Natalie Ivey, President & CEO of Results Performance Consulting, Inc. with the senior leadership team of World of Medicine, Orlando, FL.  The team spent several days together in a leadership development program to help the team improve their leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Natalie with the University of Florida HR and Employee Relations Team.  The team spent time together improving their skills in conducting internal investigations.  Natalie delivered The Internal Investigations Certificate Program to the entire team.

Natalie with the Goldberg Segalla law firm at their headquarters in Buffalo, NY.  The team spent a full day working with Natalie to learn the “how-to” skills that supervisors need to know to be good leaders.  The team learned how to set goals, provide good direction to employees, and how to properly coach employees, give feedback, and manage employee performance.

Natalie Ivey, President & CEO of Results Performance Consulting, Inc. on site at the Navajo Agricultural Products Industry facility in Farmington, NM.  Natalie worked with the NAPI leadership team to provide training and development on EEO laws, how to manage employee relations, and how to improve their communication and conflict resolution skills to be better leaders.  NAPI is one of the largest providers of potatoes for Frito-Lay potato chips, and while on site at the NAPI facility, Natalie had a chance to tour their extensive operations.
